Prohibited Actions

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your good 111 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request from your registered email address. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you within 5 business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification of identity.
Closure by good 111
good 111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide prior notice:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
- Identification of a duplicate account linked to the same individual.

Self-Exclusion

Technical Errors

Maximum Liability
